During the Premier's Gala Dinner, a yearly event that celebrates cultural diversity in the State of Victoria, we spoke to the Victorian Premier the Honourable Daniel Andrews. Mr Andrews reaffirmed that multiculturalism and inclusion are two aspects that help protecting our society. He said that Victoria is willing to extend its welcoming arms to the new refugees from Syria when they arrive to Australia. We spoke also to the Leader of the Opposition, the Honourable Mathew Guy. Mr Guy praised multiculturalism and said Islam is one of the oldest religions in Australia. He advocated the universal right of worship and called upon families to be more involved with their children to prevent tendencies to extremism.
