Dutton might accept NZ offer to resettle refugees if it does not restart boat arrivals

Home Affairs Minister, Peter Dutton, said Australia might consider New Zealand's offer to resettle 150 refugees from Manus and Nauru, under the condition of maintaining the national security and upon guarantees such measure won't encourage more illegal boats.
