Victoria could become the first state in Australia to legalise euthanasia.Premier Daniel Andrews is making an announcement today to provide what he calls a way forward on assisted dying, while the Victorian parliament will be voting on the right to die bill next year.
Doctors are concerned about the new proposed laws and their association has asked the government not to make it compulsory for its members to assist their patients to die.
