Food authority in NSW issued its yearly report.

The government authority responsible for conducting inspections at restaurants in conjunction with local councils, has recently published its yearly report, which outlined the issuance of 1505 warnings, 152 of which were within Canterbury-Bankstown council.

Councillor Bilal El-Hayek, told SBS Arabic24 although the numbers are correct, comparison between different councils isn't fair. "Canterbury-Bankstown is the largest council in the state with over 370 thousand inhabitants. Such comparisons are not accurate if we're talking about smaller councils with no more than 20 thousand people." he added.
