About one third of small businesses in Australia are managed by new migrants or Australians born abroad.Mr. Walid AlSabbagh, is an Egyptian migrant, who was unable to find a job as a marine engineer in Sydney because he did not have local experience, so he decided to establish his own business.

Today, Mr. AlSabbagh offers the most famous and popular Egyptian dishes to Sydney.

His mobile kitchen is becoming a part of Sydney's multicultural festivals and reaching so many costumers.

The NSW Small Business Commission guided Mr. AlSabbagh to establish his business.

Mr. AlSabbagh's kitchen is not limited to serving only Koshari now, but it also offers traditional egyptian sweets, falafel and different eggs recipes.
