Getting your first car? Know your vehicle!

Buying your first car can be a daunting task, especially for young people and new arrivals. Many face a lot of challenges such as picking the right vehicle and knowing how to look after it My First Car is a program organised by The NMRA to help and support those who hit the road for the first time. More about this program with John Diab who has been volunteering to run the program for years. The workshops are for first time drivers and they help with the basics of safe car ownership; checking oil levels, tyre pressure, the meaning of a car's warning signs and what to do in a mechanical emergency.
