A drug helping people suffering from lung cancer has been added to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. 

The government says the $96 million subsiding of Tagrisso will mean hundreds of families across Australia will save about $90,000 a year. 

Prime Minister Scott Morrison says many Australians stand to benefit. Morrison added that 400 patients will benefit from this.
