Gun Laws after 20 years

This month is the 20th Anniversary of one of Australia's worst crimes -- The mass shooting at Port Arthur in Tasmania. The former Prime Minister John Howard, who was instrumental in implementing gun law changes following the incident, is now calling for the current government to take another look. Mr Howard has told the S-B-S Insight program about what made him take such controversial action back in 1996.
