Iraq's Human Rights Commission says an increase was noticed in the self-harm cases in the 2019 first quarter nationwide.
The figure was worked out by the commission in collaboration with Iraqi health and security authorities, as SBS Arabic24's Baghdad correspondent Ashraf AlAzzawi reports.
