Iraqi Cultural Day celebrated in Brisbane

Iraqi community Unity association in Brisbane will celebrate an Iraqi cultural day in Queensland.

The festival will include cultural activities and community gatherings.

Iraqi folklore songs will be performed along with some community sport competitions.

President of Unity Association, Dr Wael Abdelsam, told SBS Arabic24 the festival will be an opportunity for the Iraqi community  to introduce their culture to the society.
