Forensic scientist Marie Antoinette Jarjoura decided to follow her passion in cake baking.

"I studied forensic sciences because my father wanted me to work in a medicine related field" said Marie-Antoinette who had to wait for 3 years before landing a job in Sydney.

She discovered her love for baking 10 years ago, and the more she baked, the more requests she received to create cakes for occasions. "kids in my family ask about special designs and 5 years ago, people suggested I should take my hobby to the next level" she said to SBS Arabic24

Currently in maternity leave, Marie-Antoinette created an Instagram account to showcase the creative cakes she baked and the business started to kick off.
