A Lebanese-born Sydney father is waiting in a detention centre after being told he could be deported for driving without a licence. Fouad Arja has spent 10 months in Villawood Detention Centre, during which his Australian wife has fought the deportation order. The 33-year-old could be deported to Lebanon due to stricter migration laws introduced by the Federal Government last December.
