Refugee Talent's founders, Nirary Dacho and Anna Robson, met in Sydney to help resolve refugee unemployment problem, who are struggling to get their first local work experience in their new homeland, Australia.The Refugee Talent Foundation provides a digital platform to connect skilled refugees and companies who can provide temporary and permanent employment opportunities in all Australian states.This digital platform has now expanded internationally to help overseas refugees find jobs in Australia after the Australian government announced 1,000 visas for refugees to come to Australia and work under Australian companies sponsorships.Refugee Talent hosts speed dating events between companies, refugees and new immigrants to conduct initial job interviews.Mr. Nirary Dacho created Refugee Talent after facing the same difficulties many refugees and new migrants are facing. He took on the task of helping them gain local experience and develop their career skills by finding them jobs opportunities in their fields.
