Britain's Interior Minister Amber Rudd says the Uniting Kingdom has lowered its national threat level to severe, after progress was made in the London train bombing investigation.


Police arrested a second man has been arrested in relation to Friday's incident where a home-made bomb was detonated on a packed commuter train, injuring 30 people.  The 21-year-old was arrested in Hounslow, in west London, and charged under section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
