Mr Turnbull has told coalition M-Ps the action of North Korea was "reckless, dangerous and provocative" and repeated the words of the U-S ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley who said the regime seems to be "begging for a war". Defence Minister Marise Payne will also leave for talks in South Korea today.
