NT Intervention fails on key reforms: report

The so-called Northern Territory Intervention has failed to deliver on key reforms set by the Close-the-Gap goals. That's according to an independent report that also found the federal government policy targeting Indigenous communities is not meeting Australia's international human rights obligations.
