There are many people in Australia either their residency cancelled or refused or they live in unlawful situation.So what other alternatives that they apply to? The answers are by Dr. Bahia Bou Hamad the registered migration agent talking to Manal Al-Ani and Heba Kassoua.


There are many alternative visas to those who are onshore to stay in the country legally. Those whom their visas are cancelled, refused or stay in the country in unlawful way, they can apply for different kinds of visas like spouse and partner visa.

The federal government allows those who are onshore to apply for these visas unless they are eligible to and they can get the benefits like other onshore people.
