The Breast Cancer Network Australia has welcomed Labor's $2.3 billion cancer care plan.

In his budget reply speech, Opposition leader Bill Shorten says the package aims to reduce out-of-pocket costs for specialist appointments, while dramatically increasing the number of bulk billed imaging services, including MRI.

Breast Cancer Network Australia CEO Kirsten Pilatti says she is pleased the party has been listening to the stories of breast cancer survivors.
