Federal Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton has questioned the ability of the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews.


It's amid a political storm over recent crime allegedly committed by youth of African descent across Melbourne.

Premier Daniel Andrews has promised to give police all the powers and resources they need to tackle the issue.

But Mr Dutton says Mr Andrews has failed at his task of keeping Victorian's safe.
