A United Nations report says South Sudan's government operated what it calls a "scorched-earth policy" of deliberate rape, pillage and killing of civilians during the civil war in 2015. The U-N human-rights office says crimes against humanity continued right through until last year. More in this interview with journalist Jamal Homad
