Australia suffers from obesity, especially among children, with one out of four children being obese. A study conducted by the Medibank Health Insurance Corporation in 2016 shows that one in five children does not know the source of the food they eat!

The study, in which 1,000 children participated, said many people did not know where the vegetables, fruit or even milk came from, adding that the more the child participated in food preparation, the more he would know about natural sources of food.

In an effort to raise children's awareness of healthy food, the chef Nyran Tabai organizes, a program that teaches children the basics of gardening and the rules of healthy cooking
