News bulletin of the day in Arabic

Results from a new poll show Labor leading the Coalition by 51 to 49 per cent. The results of an Ipsos poll conducted by The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age suggest Labor has lost considerable support as the Coalition closes on the lead.

This is the narrowest result for Labor in the last six months.

The party’s lead over the Coalition from the previous result last December was 54 to 46 per cent.
