The First MOHESR and HCED Iraqi Scholars Conference in Australia 2017

Under the sponsorship of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research MOHESR and the Higher Committee for Education Development in Iraq HCED, more than 500 postgraduate scholars are currently engaged in doctorate and masters programs in Australia and New Zealand.
