Renting might be a future option for those who can't afford housing


Commenting on the OECD report on Australia, James Wakeem, a banking guru said that he expects no crisis in Australian economy.

Wakeem said that the housing cycle that happens every 5 years is over, and those who can not buys a house would have to rent for 5 years. 

In addition, Wakeem explained that the current stagnation in the housing market is due to many factors such the current investigation of the Royal commission which changed lending conditions.
