Good Morning Australia interviewed lawyer Sandra Doumit, former Labor candidate for council election. Doumit who's currently on maternal leave, highlighted the main challenges obstructing the professional development of women which include the way women are raised, lack of community support which lead to intimidation and insecurity of women at the workplace.
