Revellers have been warned to behave and not spoil New Year's Eve celebrations in Melbourne for others, as the countdown to 2018 begins. Victoria Police will flood the city centre and party hot-spots to stamp out any drunk and disorderly behaviour. It's expected around 2,000 extra police, on top of business as usual numbers, will cover over 50 events around Victoria. Victorian premier Daniel Andrews is reminding people to report any issues to police.
