Three men have been found guilty for torching a Shia mosque in Melbourne

News bulletin in Arabic for the day


A jury has found three men guilty of terrorism charges for torching a Shia mosque in Melbourne. 

Abdullah Chaarani, Ahmed Mohamed and Hatim Moukhaiber  were found guilty of burning down the Imam Ali Islamic Centre in Fawkner in December 2016. 

Chaarani and Mohamed were also found guilty of an earlier failed attempt to set the centre alight in November 2016.
