Two 16-year-olds were arrested by the Joint Counter Terrorism Team near a Bankstown prayer hall in western Sydney on Wednesday and formally charged with terror related offences.Two teenagers had possession of hunting knives and a note pledging allegiance to Islamic State, police believe they were about to make their final prayers in attempt to a terror act.
