Too much expenses and little support...

According to 2012 survey of university student finances of Universities Australia's results indicate that more than %66 of students say they are concerned about their financial status, %17 go to university without taking any food and %25 of students work more than 20 hours a week to cover their needs.

Stuart Martin, Victoria University welfare advisor and chair of a Student Financial Advisor Network that delivers welfare and social support nationwide says in an interview with the ABC that the size of this problem is greater than Australian people realize.

So, is the Centrelink assistance sufficient for university students who sacrifice their food to pay their bills?

University student Ms. Amani Zayegh will tell us more about the challenges that students face during their studies and the financial responsibilities they have.
