Voluenteer work helps find jobs

Asur Nisan, a Syrian refugee who arrived in Australia in 2015, says his experience in volunteer work helped him a lot in finding a paid job.

He spent more than 18 months as bilingual volunteer in three institutions in northern Melbourne before he was recently offered a paid job.
