Why is Maths so difficult to learn?

Mathematics teacher and researcher Mr Karim Noura published a paper called "Overseas and Australian Educational Concerns" in the academic journal Vinculum. In his study he looked at the factors that make Maths one of the most subjects to both teach and learn. Mr Noura tells us in this interview that government policies should reflect the importance of this subject and should give more resources to train new teachers.
