Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Vice President Mike Pence have held bilateral talks in Sydney on the final leg of the US leader's Asia Pacific tour. The pair discussed North Korea's nuclear ambitions, threat against Austalia, trade, terror and refugees.
