The party will officially kick off its campaign in Sydney's west on Sunday, a fortnight out from the March 23 poll.

Australia's two most recent former prime ministers will not be at the event, according to The Daily Telegraph, but Gladys Berejiklian said she isn't disappointed.

"This is a state launch and I've always said NSW stands on its own," she told reporters on Tuesday.

"We are a resilient state, we're a state that governs for all of NSW, a government which is leading the nation."

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has been invited and will be at the launch, Ms Berejiklian confirmed.
