'Staff were screaming': AirAsia apologises for mid-air emergency after plane plummeted 20,000 ft

Passengers have told of their fears after an AirAsia flight suffered a mid-air emergency between Perth and Bali.

据报道,由于一个技术问题导致机舱失去压力,QZ535航班在昨天从珀斯起飞后的25分钟里,直降2万英尺,造成机上恐慌。

许多乘客说,他们不知道发生了什么,因为飞机上的大部分消息都不是用英语发布的。

“由于机上乘务人员的行为,他们尖叫、看上去害怕和震惊,令(乘客)慌乱升级。”Clare Askew在珀斯机场对记者说。

“现在我知道了。但是我们当时希望从他们那里得到保障,但是没有得到,因为他们的慌乱,我们更加担心了。”

飞机之后安全返回珀斯,乘客被重新安排行程。

该航空公司发布了一份道歉声明:“乘客的安全是我们最关注的。亚航印尼公司为造成的不便道歉。”
