United States president Donald Trump has addressed a joint session of Congress for the first time. Mr Trump has outlined what he regards as his government's achievements so far and set out policy plans he says will strengthen the US economy, immigration and the military. As Ivan and Winmas report, Mr Trump has also used the occasion to call on Congress to vote to abolish the federal healthcare-insurance program introduced under his predecessor, Barack Obama.
