Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has welcomed Solomon Islands president Rick Houenipwela on his first official visit to Australia. An undersea internet cable to the Solomons that Australia has promised to fund and China's interests in the region were at the top agenda for the meeting between to the two leaders.
