Ingredient : No.17 Duck (1.8kg), frozen taro 500g, Dark soya sauce 3 Tbsp, Rose brand wine 1 Tbsp, corn starch and water.

Marinade A: Ginger 4pc, Duck marinade sauce ½ cup, shallot and garlic 2 pieces.

Marinade B: Soya sauce 1 Tbsp, crushed rock sugar 3 Tbsp.
