HKSAR Chief Executive Carrie Lam presses ahead with controversial 1,700 hectare reclamation project near Lantau Island amid protests from different sectors. The project is promised to be double the size of its original and would be become the city’s largest and most expensive to date, land reclamation project. Projected cost will go up to around US$64 billion. Our correspondent Mo Ching CHEUNG will give us more details about the report.
