风靡西方社会近十年的正念和瑜伽、冥想有何异同? 正念疗法是否需要道行很深才可以练习呢?


正念疗法英文为Mindfulness,是由麻萨诸塞大学的荣誉教授卡巴金在20世纪70年代所提出的心理治疗方法。

正念疗法对于精神官能症、焦虑症、思觉失调症、恐慌症、忧郁症、强迫症、重大创伤后症候群和慢性疼痛,都有相当程度的改善作用。

现在,有些公司在开会前也会组织员工进行8分钟左右的正念练习。
