The Director of Public Prosecutions, David Leung, SC, said in a statement that the Secretary for Justice, Teresa Cheng Yeuk-wah will not be prosecuted in the case of Houses 3 and 4, Villa de Mer, Tuen Mun, which she and her husband Otto Poon Lok-to own.
