IOC: 3 person channel will decide Russian athletes fate in Rio Olympic

The International Olympics Committee has set up a special three-person panel to make a final ruling on which individual Russian athletes are allowed to compete in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. Meanwhile, two laptops and team shirts have been stolen from Australia's Olympic residence during a fire evacuation. Ivan and Selina have the details.
