On January 20, a 26 year-old drove erratically through pedestrians in Melbourne CBD. It had been revealed that the suspect had been granted bail by a bail justice following a previous domestic violence incident. The Victorian Government has vowed to reform the bail system. However, in this episode of Law and You, Jasper Kwok analyses the case, whether the bail system has the sole responsibility in leading up tragedy.
