澳州本土人士喜歡吃三文魚,但他們卻不喜歡食用魚頭和魚腩,華人偏愛魚頭魚腩,並且創出很多美味菜式,其中一味便是花菇三文魚頭煲,請聽李太與楊蕙而介紹。


材料: 三文魚頭1個,冬菇8朵,芋絲1包,實豆腐1包,生菜1棵,薑4片,乾蔥頭4粒,辣椒仔2隻。
醃料:生抽1湯匙,薑汁酒1湯匙,胡椒粉少許,生粉1湯匙。
調味料: 清水1.5杯,生抽1茶匙,鹽1/4茶匙,砂糖1茶匙,胡椒粉少許。
獻汁:生粉1湯匙,清水2湯匙。
