很多人在初一的日子會食素菜,這樣可以清理腸胃,李太與楊蕙而為你介紹這味素菜,既可以用來做餸菜,亦可以用來做生菜包和春卷的餡。


材料:
沙葛 200克 (可用萍果代替), 冬菇 5隻,薯仔 1個,甘筍 半隻,薑 2片,生粉水適量。

調味料:
清雞湯或素上湯 5湯匙,鹽、砂糖各少許,麻油1茶匙。
