上海菜中經常見到的炸排骨和菜飯,是十分美味的一個搭配。要在家中煮這種上海菜式也是十分簡單,請聽李太與楊蕙而的介紹。


炸排骨材料: 豬排1公斤,蒜頭5粒,芫茜、蔥各一棵。

醃料:生抽、生粉各2湯匙,鹽、醋、酒各1茶匙,麻油、胡椒粉各半茶匙。

菜飯材料:白米1磅,小棠菜2束。

調味:鹽1茶匙,油4湯匙,清水適量。
