一般人想起蛋糕都只會想到它是甜點,但原來也有鹹蛋糕的,而且食落有另一番風味。


材料:
低筋麵粉125克,泡打粉5克,巴馬臣芝士碎50克,雞蛋2隻,鮮奶70克,菜油70克,番茄粒、洋蔥粒各25克,蘑菇粒、蘆筍粒各25克。
調味料:
鹽、黑胡椒粉各少許。
