吃膩了熱氣上火的燒雞脾,相信陳年花雕醉雞更能令你食指大動,再加一份醉豬手,選擇就更多樣化了,快來聽聽楊蕙而和李太的介紹。


材料: 雞腿 兩隻; 豬手 一隻; 青/紅蘿蔔 各半條;冰水 一壺;薑、蔥 適量。

雞腿調味料:鹽、薑片、蔥段 各少許。
豬手調味料:鹽 ,三茶匙;薑片、蔥段 各少許。

汁料:杞子 一茶匙;花椒 30粒;當歸 一小片;陳年花雕酒 600克;上湯 600克;砂糖 一茶匙;鹽 半茶匙;芝麻油 半茶匙。
