In this moth's Melbourne Notebook, our Melbourne correspondent, Ida Cheung, reports about: VCE result has been released and the Victorian Government will introduce a bill in the second half of 2017, with all MPs granted a conscience vote on the issue. The bill will be drafted in next six months with the input of an expert panel.
