Our Melbourne correspondent, Ida Cheung, reports about Victoria Budget has been released and it is a tighter budget than the previous two. It will deliver $1.2 billion surplus this financial year. She also reports that an Auditor-General report revealed Victoria needs 50 new schools by 2021 to cater for 90,000 new students as Victoria has the fastest growing population.
