'Move Kwai Chung terminals to free up land'

Former chief executive Tung Chee- hwa's think tank recently proposed massive reclamation of almost 3,500 hectares of land to solve Hong Kong's land shortage problem . Our Hong Kong Foundation proposed building a "new rose garden" on artificial islands created in several areas, including south of Cheung Chau, Po Toi Island, Tuen Mun, Tseung Kwan O and West Lamma.
